DME 2000 PCB drilling and routing machine is especially designed for flexible production as a low cost solution with high performance for professional producers of PCBs'.
The machine base configuration is dedicated to the prototyping and low production series of the PCB's. DME 2000 is the right solution for reducing the cost and turn - around time for small quantity series. It gives more flexibility and more efficiency to the drilling and routing process in the PCB production. It can increases competitiveness on the prototyping and small series PCB market.
Excellence performance, high speed and precision, low exploitation and maintenance costs are the strengths of our single spindle station.
The machine can be configured for working with several types of spindles according to the exact customer requirements. For high production demands and future bigger production capacity requirements DME 2000 station can be configured as a single cell into the modular drilling/routing system. With this option up to six cells can be integrated to work as a multi-spindle machine.
Ideal solution for the requirements of shrinking lot size with demands for very fast turning for one to another job. Fully independent drilling/routing spindle gives advantage of easy and rapid start-up operation. |

Different spindles types are also available. The machine can be completed for drilling and routing operation and with adequate spindle on it. |

Z axis depth control |
|
|
Machine can be equipped with option for controlling the drilling depth. The system assumes the surface of the board as reference for the drill bit penetration. The tolerance is in the range of +/- 25 microns. |
