Overview

MAW 20 FB – P 2/1 series filament winding machines is intended for the pipes production industry. It comes in variety of options in order to meet customer’s specific requirements. This model is ideal solution for production of glass reinforced polyester (GRP) pipes for various applications, such as underwater pipelines, water treatment process lines, sewage disposal pipe systems, pipes for a power plant cooling network systems, chemical processing and effluent systems, oil and petrochemical industries, and geothermal lines.

		Sand Unit
		SAND DOSAGE UNIT – Carriage standing
		Tank volume capacity: 100 dm3
		Dosage operation is by means of vibration transporting of sand and adding it on the top of the winding band after exit from the delivery eye
		Electronically adjustment of the dosage speed
		Veil Winding Unit
		VEIL WINDING UNIT – Carriage standing – for winding chopped fibers tape on the pipe surface
		Maximum width of the chopped fiber tape: 500mm (Adjustable between 100-500 mm)
		Resin mixing and filling station
		The resin filling station is designed for two components mixing and dosing. First component tank is with capacity of 100 lit. Second component tank is with capacity of 6 lit. The component delivery is by pumps that are separately controlled with servo motors and control unit. The system has adjustable programmed 4 mixed ratios.
		The system is equipped with mixing station for mixing of the two components. The resin filling system is traveling on the carriage
