Technical Characteristics
 
Maximum dimensions of the vessels that can be cured in the oven are:
    Diameter: up to 400 mm (*)
    Length (height): up to 2,500 mm (*)
 
Oven walls, doors & panels are designed with 100mm thick thermal insulation
 
Length including the shafts (tooling): 3000 mm
 
Oven heating channel length 12m

The temperature for each zone can be regulated

Features
  1. Modular design; Steel construction
  2. Each module is equipped with doors from each side for easy access and cleaning purposes
  3. Horizontal curing position
  4. Double shaft supporting - the vessels are supported form two sides on shafts
  5. Vessels transport through the oven is with conveyer system - chain drive mechanism driven by the AC motor
  6. The speed is continuously adjusted and programmed.
  7. Speed (curing time) adjustment capability
  8. Cylinder rotation capability - Second AC motor driven chain mechanism is giving the rotation to the cylinders while curing.
  9. The cylinder rotation speed can be continuously adjusted.
  10. Each heating zones has independent IR heater with separate temperature   controller with PID logic for controlling and regulation of the zone temperature.
